Type & length of presentations:
Gayle Pitman does many types of presentations, including large assemblies, library or class presentations, or small group workshops. The length of presentation depends on the school's preference and needs. Topics include LGBT history and LGBT Pride, which work well both for LGBT History Month (October) and Pride month (June). I also focus on Women and gender, which lends itself well to Women's History Month (March).
Ages/grades preferred: k-3rd grades for picture books; high school for YA nonfiction
Honorarium: negotiable depending on the event
